Staff Appreciation Awards were introduced towards the end of the 2011/12 academic year. Now held annually, the staff appreciation awards are designed to give students the chance to say thanks the members of staff both teaching and non teaching at the University of Westminster. In this video members of staff and students share their views on the awards and some of the potential worthy winners.

The 2013 staff appreciation awards showed students want more of you than ever! It came across very clearly that members of staff who are available, physically and electronically are really valued. Further, access to help and resources came through very clearly as something our students expect and appreciate.

This video was shown at the 2013 Westminster Business School Learning and Teaching Day and explored staff reactions to receiving awards and students reasons for making their nominations.
