Making feedback work to improve student performance and help them gauge how well they are doing is an important aspect of learning and teaching.

This leaflet produced by Oxford Brookes details three easy steps you can take to make your feedback work better for your students.  It doesn’t take much time, and it has been proven to work.

Consideration of the following three step exercise, detailed further in the leaflet, is central to making feedback work:
